The Semi-Automatic Capsule machine is sturdy, compact in design and simple in operation. It is labour and time saving. This machine is best suited for medium/small scale pharamaceutical units. It gives higher production at lower cost and better standards of accuracy.

Capsule fillers are mechanical devices that encapsulate pharmaceutical substances. Initially developed as simple oil fillers for pre-packaged capsules, capsule fillers were later modified so that they could be used in any situation where empty capsule shells needed to be filled with liquid substances.

Operation:
Fill SS Hopper with empty capsules. Place filtered loading tray on the sliding base plate, start the machine. The capsule automatically cap-up body-down gets loaded in tray. Power shuts off automatically when the tray is loaded. Remove the loaded tray.
